Tröbinger & Tröbinger Figurentheater (A)

Flow, flow onward, Stretches many

Friday, March 13, 2020 | 9:00 a.m.
6+ years
Duration: 50 minutes

Goethe, Schiller, Fontane... great poets, heavy texts, serious topics, definitely not for children. But yes! With a collage of five classic ballads of world literature we prove the opposite. We track down the stories hidden behind the verse and use all the registers of puppetry to bring them to life. We blow the dust off the great tomes and not only children will be surprised how timeless, exciting and beautiful ballads are.

A child-friendly introduction to classical literature and a good opportunity for all adults to meet old friends again.
